Hay Al Wafa – Sultan Haitham City

This smart city will welcome more than 100,000 residents. It introduces over 20,000 homes, including three-level townhouses on spacious plots. Covering 1,500 hectares, the city integrates a five-kilometer wadi that flows through its heart, bringing nature closer to everyday life.

Planners divided the city into 19 vibrant neighborhoods. Families will have access to 39 government schools, 25 mosques, and essential services within walking distance. Developers allocated more than nine million square meters for public spaces, ensuring parks, plazas, and walking areas remain central to the lifestyle.

Beyond housing, Sultan Haitham City supports innovation and economic growth. It aims to attract investment, create jobs, and position Muscat as a regional leader in smart city living.
